It sure looked like the NBA wanted Boston to win last night, with all the quick fouls on Kobe (not all of which were deserved, IMO)

Even with Kobe having limited minutes, the Lakers were still able to make a game of it, which shows how good the rest of the team is.

Loosing one at home isn't fatal, but now LA needs to win one in Boston to even things up. I wonder if they will give Paul Pierce or Ray Allen the Kobe treatment next game.

Ray Allen showed that he's still the best pure shooter in the game, IMO.

Very entertaining series, would be better if the refs didn't screw things up so much.

^^ I tuned in at 91-90 and watched Boston go 16-4 with Rondo stripping Swisher and Kobme back to back, along with Kobes bricking 2 treys and a couple jumpers.
Thus i cannot give my my expected and counted upon fair and balanced reporting on the reffing before that point.
The out of bounds play with Gasol and KG both having hands on the ball did look like off KG.  Not nearly as blatant as Laker Fan and Jeff Van Brownozer would have ones believe tho.  Both Gasols and KGs fingers pushed the ball towards the out of bounds.  Certainly looked like KG got the last touch tho.  Why not blow up the video for conclusive shot instead of listening to the three lame brain announcers. 

Van Grunty wants the Laker job should Buss do the idiotic and fail to pay Phil.

Saw a couple of things, but they were things I absolutely couldn't believe were called the way they were.

In what I've seen so far, I've seen (parts of) two games that I don't think were fairly called, and each time, the team being favored by the referees' calls won.

Would love to see a well-called game.  Don't think I will, though.

Agree with rickortreat that Allen is the best pure shooter in the game.  The guy is amazing.  And a free agent.  If Boston is stupid and doesn't keep him, I want him in Utah.
