2-1 lead 9th inning two outs semi-liner flyball launched right to Halliday.

Could that have been the series right there?

I had to run out before the game ended.  I had faith they would win but figured it would have to be some kind of miracle.  So this text pops up on my phone.... "Holliday tried to catch a fly ball with his junk, Doyers won"

Now I thought the guy was just trying to show boat on the last out by making some around the waist catch. I did not think my friend was being literal.  Sure enough he tried to catch the ball with his junk!  Really there was no excuse for that.  The lights couldn't have played a major factor at that point.  It's almost like he blacked out for a split second and lost track of the ball.

IMO that was the series.
