Which off-season trade will have the most impact and be the most beneficial to the franchise who made the trade?

I went with Carter because the SA trade does not address their biggest weakness, front court help for Duncan and Shaq to the Cavs is too little too late.

Shaq could have a huge impact on the Cavs. He's another player they can pass the ball to, so they don't give it to LeBron every time. Even at this stage of his career, he's a big improvement over Ilgauskas.

Williams playoff performance was terrible, he wasn't a strong enough player to command defensive attention.  I expect the Cavs aren't done and will look to add someone else to score along with LeBron and Shaq.

If they could get Hedo....

Can you imagine if they get Hedo and he burns the Magic in the playoffs?

They do have a piece in Wally which people will want.  He has that large expiring contract that I know a number of teams are going to want.  Based on that I would say you are probably right.
