The balk -or not

What do you Phils say about the Cole Hammels balk or not?

I was watching at sports bar with sound down.
I do think if the Ray slides and stays on the bag he is safe.

It wasn't clear his right foot moved toward home first, so IMO it wasn't a balk. Plus, Pe?a left too early. If he leaves a half second later, Hamels would've been going toward the plate.

It was a balk, but it won't matter

4-2, phils win 1 and 5 and then no one else can pitch and ryan howard has turned into a pumpkin

Might have been a balk by definition, but I think the balk rule is stupid regardless.  The angle at which hamels stepped didn't influence the base runners decision on whether to go or not.
