Calhoun wins but doesn't get in to the HOF?

So on the day Jim Calhoun wins his second championship in 5 years to go along with his huge winning percentage and a swarm of NBA players he is turned down for entry in to the Basketball Hall of Fame.

What's wrong with this picture?

Nothing.  The votes came BEFORE he won the second championship.  Let him continue making final four appearances for another 5 years and then start this discussion.
It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave.  Keep on thinking free.

I don't know Lurker.  Frankly the B-Ball Hall of Fame standards aren't as high as baseball.  I think his numbers stack up even prior to this title.

Probably doesn't help that he's a really crusty guy.
