We've debated them, I've spent quite a large amount of time thinking about them, and I've run them by a lot of other very experienced people. I've tried to compromise, listen to everyone's concerns, and do what's fair for everyone. I've compromised/changed on all my rules, except on offseason trading. I honestly think this is the best possible outcome.
In fact, most of these changes have severely hurt myself, personally. The change to not have the winner of the consolation bracket have the most chance for the first pick, considering I'm 1 day away from winning that. As well as the limit on the amount of years you can hold the rights to a keeper, since I feel I have as good of 2 keepers as anyone in the league (a quality in which basically cost me the playoffs this year).
Unless there are any serious objectives (and stuff I overlooked), this is how it will stand.
