Jaber Rouzbahani
« on: February 15, 2008, 12:52:20 PM »
Jaber Rouzbahani
What stopped him from having a Fabs Oberto type career, starting on Championship squads etc?
8 foot wingspan.
7'5" from Iran.
Could dunk without jumping.
Mavs gave him a look in 2004.  Came over to Richmond CA to work out with personal trainer and purported NBA guru workout expert Ansar Alameen.
Can't find anything else about him since.

Anyone know what happened?

Tony Parker coached him in 2005.

Some blurbs:
The teams played one game per day. The Philadelphia 76ers led by Nike camp MVP Han Shuo faced the San Antonio Spurs led by Liu Xiaoyu and Jaber Rouzbahani. (Adidas camp MVP Xu Yong was also on Han Shuo's team, but he didn't practice nor play due to injury.)
