Too bad the Sixers can't play New York everynight!
« on: December 09, 2007, 11:12:41 AM »
The Sixers haven't had a lot of success winning at a .350 clip.  When they win 2 games in a row for the first time it's a big deal.  And when the wins are on two successive nights, it's even bigger. (They are not a good team on the end of a back to back)

But they found a team they can beat in the Knicks.  Actually, last night they didn't just beat them, but demolished them on their home court.  Those of you who hate Isiah, realize he is getting what he deserves, he has to watch and coach the team (if you can call it that) that he assembled.

It's hard to believe that the Knicks can win a game at all the way they played the last two. They are so bad they make the Sixers look like a good team.  They can't penetrate against the Sixers defenders, or protect the ball.  They can't get back in time to stop the Sixers from running the floor.

It was so bad that the fans booed the Knicks after offensive plays for failing to do anything to get off a reasonable shot. So no matter who you are, or how bad your team is, you can always remember there is at least one team more pathetic than yours in the NBA.
