I don't know about you guys but I wouldn't trust these on the b-ball court....

The idea of them are cool though.  I am young enough to remember the whole 'new shoes' issue that kids go through at school.  Some of you may not.  It was a big deal in the 90s as people were even getting robbed by other kids for em.

Marbury claims he is wearing the exact same pair in NBA games.
I don't believe that but who knows. :-\

Hakeem also had a stab at this type of thing some years ago, though I think it was aimed at foreign markets as much or more than the U.S.

This topic actually came up some months ago.   And westkoast I'm of an age (36) that I was in the middle of the mad rush for the first Air Jordans.  I remember a couple of fights breaking out at basketball camps over them.

Actually I've seen him wear them before in the game but I don't know about every game.

I love my Nikes so I wouldn't part with their basketball shoes anyways.

I purchased a pair of Marburys.  So far they are great.
Sign at the store said "Limit 10 pairs per customer per day".
Clerk said some people come every day.  Trucks arrive randomly, but about every month or so.  The good ones are pretty much gone in a couple days.  So you have to be there shortly after they arrive, i would say within a week.

Actually, I tried on a pair of the Starbury shoes.  Now, I'm the best point guard in the league, my team is getting destroyed, and Skander and Caleb refuse to speak to me.

Could you paint the Nike swoosh on them?
Would Skander and Caleb then see you play like Jordan?
