I also think the LA judge is a complete jellyfish, whose indecision and puts-offs served no purpose whatsoever except to embolden Smith and Stern to continue their shenanegans.
Paternity test should have been forced the minute it hit the LA jurisdiction in December.

Actually, it's pretty amazing that more Hollywood-type personalities don't go down (up?) in flames in a similar fashion - I guess enough of them do just to keep it interesting for the media.  When one considers the bizarre lifestyles that pass for everyday normal behavior among this set, the mortality rate SHOULD be quite high.  Anna Nicole was a train wreck looking for a busy railroad crossing...the inevitable finally occurred.  The woman had enablers, there can be no doubt of that - no matter the ultimate findings concerning her demise.

Yep, its so obvious. Mysteriously, her only heir dies when the baby is born. After a quickie marriage, the only one stopping him from getting the millions is Anna Nicole.  And he's a lawyer, I'm sure the paper trail is well established on his part.  That scum. The one that totally loses credibility with me is Entertainment Tonight. I hate the way they are lapping up their exclusive footage, ti makes me sick.

Anyone have a problem if Coward K. Stern and his liarwyers Neavitt and Rale are shot dead?

"Howard is the legal father. If Mr. Birkhead's DNA matches, then he can come and say he's the biological father, and then you'll have that court battle," Neavitt told The Associated Press.

Neavitt did open the possibility of a negotiated settlement if the test proves his client is not the biological father. He said Stern respects Birkhead and that the two men will likely reach an agreement if the Los Angeles-based photographer is proven to be the father.

"At that point, it will be a whole different scenario, and the two guys will have to work something out," he said by phone from Los Angeles. "Dannielynn's interests are the most important, and Howard's been protecting her from the start."
