NFL 60 yard field goal
« on: December 03, 2006, 10:53:38 PM »
Wow, another super long field goal this season to end a game.  60 yarder by Tennessees Rob Bironas.
Previous attempts at 50+ this year for Bironas, zero.
Career?  2-6.
Wonder if teams are gonna start rethinking their stategy for field goal attempt vs Hail Merry toss.
I'm gonna look up some old threads on how Vince Young won't be able to run in the NFL.

In this case sending Archie Manning Jr. to 10-2 and on the way to where i knew he would be yet again.  Regular season terrors and 1st round and outers.
Chargers and Indy both 10-2 but Indy is #1 for now.  Stoopid Martyball loss by Chargers in September.
Chargers gut up in 4th to top Buffaloe.  Continued props for open flow offense, espcially in crunch time.  Skandery did you catch the end of that.  Old Martyball would have given that game away for sure.

Michael Vick is back!  Okay he's not back.  But the Falcons live another day in 2007 Playoff picture.

Eagles get no help from the Giants.  Gramatica f.g. at the end boosts Cowboys.  Vangerjact has got to be sick.  Still, Eagles you need only win on Monday night to stay right smack dab in the NFC wildcard race.  Kind of like the NBAs Northeast division only better.

Denver just lost to Seattle on a last play 51 yd field goal by Matt Brown.  Chargers now have virtual lock on division at 10-2 vs 5-5.  WooHoo!
You are all welcome to come to San Diego for a playoff game.
