Gee I don't know "Guest".

Since the profit pot in NBA, NFL and MLB is only 80 gadzillion dollars, how could this possibly be financed?

Seperate buildings for hockey and hoop?  No way, we must have automatic butt wiping machines in all of the owners 47 bathrooms per house in the 48 houses they each own.

Get real.  There is plenty of money to finance better playing conditons.

And sign in.

You get real.  Here on planet earth where there are large cities you don't just construct new arenas using tax payers money.  Surely owners do not make enough to petition the city for more land, purchase the land, and pay for a new arena to be constructed.    Thats not taking into consideration the inability to set aside that much area or impact the local residents with construction.  Where in NYC are you going to build a new arena for the Rangers?

I guess when you live in fairy land like you do you can wave a wand and everything works because you are a "billionaire owner"

  @ 'And login', I think you acting like an adult and actually using your noggin to think ideas through is more important than me forgeting to log in.......so
