Leaders!

Jermaine O'Neal and Calbert Cheaney.  One's an all-star, the other a bench warmer.  One's the captain, the other a 12th man.  One thing they have in common, they're both leaders and consummate teammates.  I think that the NBA could use more people like these two.  I found this article for your guys' enjoyment.

"But guys like us, we don't pay attention to the polls. We know that polls are just a collection of statistics that reflect what people are thinking in 'reality'. And reality has a well-known liberal bias."

I am just about to read the link but it sounds intresting because you have two leaders on a team who are at both ends of the spectrum.  Sounds about as good as you can get in terms of both the captains representing the whole team.  If they meet somewhere in the middle when they lead it should hit everyone right?
