I wasn't surprised that he took over -- was surprised by the suddenness of the move -- however, Nellie has had a LOT of health problems lately and AJ has proven that he can take over leading this team (any surprise that Dallas' increase in defense has come since AJ has started working with this team more?). This guy may have been a CBA PG but he understands how to play the game and is a great leader!
