I did a little draft analysis.  Went back to 1995, which was when Garnett came out and the last draft without a Euro player in round 1.  Rated all the first rounders as

15.4% were busts  (4 total Leon Smith, DeSagana Diop, Ndudi Ebi, and one other FRICKING XL crashed and I lost my data)
