Jason Williams to be retried

Since the jury deadlocked on the wreckless manslaughter, Williams will be back in court.  Sentencing/Punishment will be withheld until after the new trial.

Double jeapordy does not apply here.

His lawyer is the same guy who was helping Chandra Levys parents.

Wonder whatever became of that case.  I know Conduits wife was suing the Levys.
