Pistons/Pacers, what a finish!
« on: May 25, 2004, 01:39:41 PM »
The game was as ugly as Ted's record in the FNBA but what a spectacular finish.  The Pistons were consistant all game despite Big Ben getting into foul trouble for the entire first half.  The Pistons then locked down on D in the 4th quarter and built up a 9 point lead.  The Pistons then pulled a Spurs and choked away the lead in the last three minutes.  The could hardly get a shot off let alone convert and the Pacers were storming back.  Pacers block a dunk and the Pistons recover the ball but turn it over and Reggie Miller had a gauranteed two points on the break away when all of a sudden Prince comes flying down the court to block his shot.  That's one of the best plays this playoff season.

IMO, best plays so far:
1.) Fisher .4
2.) TD's shot before the .4
3.) Prince block on Reggie yesterday to save the game.
4.) Jefferson block on Billups  in triple OT game
5.) Billups half court 3 pointer in triple OT game
