Rick Adelman coaching job

With Ron Artesty, Yao, and Tmac down for good chunks of the season, Adleman has still helped keep the Rockets just 2 1/2 back of the Spurs for the lead in the NBAs best Division.

What do you think of the job Adleman has done in 2008-9 so far?
Is Tmac being out going to make this team better in the playoffs?  I say yes.  Defense is already much better, offense is more team oriented and Von Wafer is filling in just fine.

Von Wafer????  You opened a door so big that no doubt WOW is going to drive his 18 wheeler right up on your lawn.  Von Wafer???
