I might not have been surprised if this was an occurrence between two guys with testosterone poisoning at a teen/young adult oriented movie, but why is someone packing heat at the Curious Case of Benjamin Button movie?  Not exactly the kind of flick where you get a lot of people talking back to the screen.

People talk during films all the time - pisses me off - wouldn't shoot anyone over it - but shut up already - or leave if you need to talk - and don't bring your baby unless you'll leave  when it starts crying - another pet peeve...

If i ran a movie theater i'd put wire mesh in the walls and ceilings to block out cell phones and have actual usher who would throw people out

Of course if i ran a coffee shop i wouldn't serve decaf or americanos

and ice crema should be all fat

Depends on the "rep."  It is fairly bad ass that he just sat down to watch the movie again after shooting the guy.  I'm curious if they just kept the projector rolling.  I'd be afraid to shut it off.

If by bad ass you mean psychotic - than yeah i guess so - guy was unbalanced to start with though probably

You know people talking can be loud... but not as loud as a gunshot.

There are some sick people out there, and the holidays can bring them out of their holes.

That is goodfellas type shit.  I actually go to that movie theater quite often as it's within almost walking distance from my house.  Scary stuff.  Generally not a bad neighborhood.

One of the reasons i stopped going to the moveis was the people talking - well i don't side with the right wing on the 'decline of moral fiber' of america - there is a decline in just common courtesy

Shooting someone because they are rude shows a complete lack of perspective.  I mean, you know the movie is going to get interrupted at some point because you decided to pull the trigger.  This of course makes the shooter even more rude than the moron who was talking at the movie.

If someone won't shut up, call the usher.  It might feel better to punch the guys lights out, but it's very difficult to do that and get away with it.

It's easier to get away with punching the guys lights out than SHOOTING him

Seriously - benjjamin button doesn't even look THAT good - it's not like it's watchmen or somehting - then i could understand a little random violence
