So, if Stephon Marbury ever agrees to a buyout...
« on: December 01, 2008, 09:20:33 PM »
Would you be interested in him?  He can shoot the 3 better than anybody on our team and has to be quicker/faster than Andre Miller at this point, plus, with the way our offense is running, he'd probably be a decent fit.  I know he's often considered a cancer, but I'm dying to see SOMETHING change, so maybe a new PG and an attitude adjustment would work.

I'm bored and berating Mo Cheeks and making fun of Andre Miller has gotten boring.

Only as a stop-gap if we some how moved Sammy and Miller and did not gte a PG in return this year (presumably we would have a draft choice or rookie PG from the deal).  Beyond that, no thanks, and that is even pushing it.

Well if ruben amaro makes the mistake of not offering arbitration to pat burrell you could mak fun of that and the phillies for not only appointing a bad GM but thereby alienating the best part of their scouting department and then go to the good phight and watch the rather amusing take on some bunker scene with hitler...
