Anyone catch the ankle twist?  I can't find any video online yet to see how bad it looked.

No exposed bone.  they said it was the same ankle he had injured during the playoffs.  I am sure the Spurs are not happy about this, there is a rumor saying that ginobili might need surgery....I think this is just more icing on the bad cake that is this summer for the Spurs...
