You sure?  Don't get out just because of him.  He's interested if there's a team available, but don't leave just because we have someone willing to step in ...

I'd be a once or twice a week manager at best, that was my MO last year.  He's welcome to my team if he's interested and everyone else is cool with it.

I'm sure he'd take it if no one is opposed.  Is everyone cool with the idea?

I'd prefer Wow, but if Wow's not going to be active, then it would be best to get someone who is.  It's really wow's decision.
