Nate Robinson's attempted self alley-oop.
« on: December 01, 2006, 11:50:16 AM »
Did anyone else see the highlight of Robinson's embarassing dunk attemp the other night?  He was on a breakaway and tried to bounce the ball to himself for a dunk.  Not only did he miss but he was called for the obvious travel.  It was the most brainless piece of showboating I have seen in years. I mean, this is the guy who couldn't throw down this dunk in the dunk contest, now he's trying it in the middle of a game? Man, where's that puking icon when I need it? I know Zeke made his own mess in New York but I actually pitied him at that point.

Absolutely ridiculous.  Every time I see him play, he seems like a dumb basketball player.

If you can't win, which the Knicks really can't, at least do something for the fans  ;D

The funniest thing about Nate is that the best play I've ever seen him do was not a dunk but actually a defensive play when he blocked Yao Ming from getting an easy one.
