The last NBA champion to yield a higher shooting percentage to its opponent than its own shooting percentage were the 1978 Washington Bullets.

and if so was this for during the regular season or only the Finals?

If some "We must boycott Reality" is in effect could you pm me?

We were having a discussion on what was the most determining stat as leading to a Championship.
Pat Riley had said "Rebounds equals Rings" and so i took to task identifying that.  (Incidentally while more teams with + rebounds won the title it was hardly the end all to ensuring a title.  Little over 50%, that was about it.)

Anywho i thought it was you who posted the stat about holding opposition to a lower field goal percentage.

I searched Rebounds equal Rings but did not come up with article.
