Here's wishing the best to the victims and their families.  I'm no expert but it certainly sounds more likely that this the work of Islamofascists rather than the Basques.  

If so this has been a tough stretch for Spain regarding their support of the U.S. Not only did we hose them and the Poles out of rebuilding contracts in Iraq in favor of snake oil salesman Ahmed Chalabi but now they may have been attacked in their capital.
