Bynum, 3-3 FG, 3 boards in 5 minuts

Finally got to see more Bynum.

He's still a dork, journeyman at BEST!  He's a skinnier version of Oliver Miller.

Thank goodness.

I thought this was going to be a thread comparing him to Oberto.

How could we ever compare Bynum to Fabs when Fabs is the key to the Spurs title this year?

Bynum still is like teenager-I-just-hit-puberty goofy with his body.  He played decent last night but Phil didnt want to go back with him even with Kwame and Chris in foul trouble.

Had Andrew scored 2 points and grabbed 2 rebounds THEN we would be comparing him to Obencho.  But Bynum had 6 points and 3 boards, that's closer to Kwame then Flabs.

You just don't get it Dan.

I've yet to see a Laker bench player wave a towel with more passion or hand Kobe a cup of Gatorade more efficiently than Flabio does for the Spurs.  The Lakers need to watch and learn, especially Kwame.

I see, in truth though, waving a towel and handing out Gatoraide is about is about all Kwame is good for.

I'd put veteran Laker bench cheerleaders Mark Madsen or Wes Matthews up against Fabs any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Kwame has a long way to go before he can compete with Fabs .  His towel waiving is great, mainly because he is a spaz, but he just can't keep from dropping the cup of Gatorade before he makes the handoff to Kobe.

To stay on topic, Bynum looked great last night.  The screen and roll with Kobe was the highlight for me.  He still has a long way to go, but just his mere size and 6 available fouls on the defensive end should get him more playing time.  Especially the way Mihm can pick up a foul if he's anywhere within a 5 foot radius of an opponent.

Check out Popavich yelling at Fabs for a horrible gatorade pass after a practice where the coach got more of a workout then him.

Its never a good look when your coach is sweating more than you because youve been on the bench.

Are you sure that's not Flabs early on, looks like Flabs mishandled the cup of Gatorade and drenched Pop.

Wait, he's David Beckhams long lost twin?  Metrosexuality has come to the Spurs bench?

"Obencho".

You Laker fans have been swilling too much Reality juice.  How else could you take a thread and twist it all around so as to not even be on topic any more.

In case you haven't noticed, Reality hijacks every single thread and turns it into a Laker thread, no matter what the original topic was.

Keep spinning away

Only babies reside in LA.  SA does not allow those kinds of residents to live in the most beautiful land in the country.  Baby Huey needs 700 shots per game to make 20 points while true baskeball players like Fabs and his locks who deserve mucho props only need to take 3 shots to get 2 points.
