Your cars battery

Good electro mechs will tell you the battery is the lifesource for all the other elec parts.   If you want a great one, esp if your car is in extreme hot/cold, here is a kickin one.  Optima brand.

800-100 Cold Crankin Amps.

Costco has them at the occasional coma price of $70.  Sears offer them less then what they are asking.  Ie $125 offer 95.  Or ask them to match Costco.

While the "pro rated" thing is better then nothing, what you really want is as long as possible "full replacement" timeframe.  Optima is 3 years.  Sears Diehard Gold version is also 3 full.  Full means you get a new batt at no cost within 3 years.  After that its the prorated thing.

If cash is tight there are still plenty of good ones.  WalMart has a few for $40.  Ill post later.
