The Minnesota Timberwolves lost to the Atlanta Hawks -- let's see, Atlanta has Antione Walker, no he's now in Boston -- oh, they have Al Harrington, no he was injured -- but they have . . . umm, who DO they have?  And they managed to beat a team with the likes of KG, Spree, Cassell?  McHale ought to not only fire himself but berate himself in the press too!!!

Well, he DID assemble that team, so as a GM he is responsible, but as a coach, I'm not so sure.  Spree and Cassell are overvalued, poor team players.  You can't coach players who think they know better.

I think that's Randophs point.  If you can't coach players who think they know better, why did McHale think he could do any better then Flip?

I know its the old saying because you replace one man (coach) rather then the whole team.  Still i think McHale had visions of somehow being able to reach Spree-Hudson etc.

Cassel i think is playing injured.  Team player. On the court I'd say absolutely.
