U2 just put tickets on sale for Portland for the Vertigo tour.  Price is $172.25 per ticket.  Thats correct $172.25 per ticket.  According to the event notification they have sold 1.9 million tickets so far.  If each was the same $172.25 that is total take of $327,275,000.  Holy Crap!

That's a lot of money for a stinkin' concert.  Amazeing that people are willing to part with that much for a little entertainment.
