Is boxing your man out a lost art?
« on: December 07, 2004, 07:15:08 PM »
Is boxing your man out on the defensive end a lost art?  I SWEAR that with each passing year more and more players are infected by a virus that keeps them from putting a body on a player?  Im sorry for a rant but it drives me nuts.  It really does.  I thought this was a basic fundamental you learn when you play at ANY level.  Am I mistaken?

Honestly, it has gotten to the point where I get happy when I see players like Luke Walton and Ben Wallace box out......when really they are only doing what they are suppose to do.  Ive become so use to half a$& boxing out that when someone does it right I treat it like a damn dunk lol!

Speak on it!!  This cant just be bugging me.
