Last time I checked in I went from 36K play money to 23K. Now I'm at 60K+change.
Real money I went from $300 to $180 now I'm at $525+change.
I'm getting better by playing more diciplined in limit, I don't play anthing less than AA, KK, AK (I also play some suited connectors, especially if it's an ACE) offsute in early position, mid to late position is where I still get into trouble.
I'm still not to confident about no-limit. I don't know how to read players very well plus I've noticed I do exibit quite a few "tells".
Biggest lessons I learned this past week at the casino:
Do NOT look at your cards until it's YOUR turn to act.
I don't play hands I can't raise with unless I'm on the blinds or the button.
Don't chase flushes or straits unless BOTH my cards are played to make the hand.
Don't play alot hands and play the ones I do make aggressively.
I'm looking forward to my Vegas trip on the 21st. Not that I'm ready to play against Vegas guys but I want to see what it's like to play in Vegas, I've done the rounds at my local card clubs and casinos and I'm pretty comfortable. I kick some serious tail on the internet.
