Jeeze.....there needs to be a license or test before you can raise kids:

Alright, we're back on the right track!  Religious persecution for everyone!

In all seriousness, that's pretty despicable.  The kids should receive a lengthy suspension.

The other thing is, as a native St. Louisian (and by that, I mean I'm from the suburbs), it happened in Chesterfield.  My dad actually graduated from Parkway West H.S.
