http://fantasy.phillyarena.net/index.php?p...per_eligibility (http://fantasy.phillyarena.net/index.php?page=keeper_eligibility)
I've created a keeper eligibility list so everyone knows how many more offseasons a person has left.
-
Derek,
McGrady has one year of eligibility left due to the grandfather clause. Whoever has him at the end of the year can keep him through one more off-season.
The rest looks good.
-
Was anyone else traded midseason?
-
Derek,
Lamar Odom is the only other keeper that was traded in the past season. Only two keepers of the entire 24.
-
Of course if you were to put your foot down as commissioner and rescind the grandfather clause for Odom and McGrady, that would be A-OK with me, too. B)
-
Well, Randy's not going to be keeping Odom, so I will not grandfather McGrady
-
Hey, dbods, who am I keeping?
-
I dunno, you tell me.
Me saying you're not keeping Odom is just an educated guess. I think Areneas and Jermaine are slam dunks.
But, maybe you prove me wrong, dunno.
-
Hmm, JO is pretty much a given (even though he killed me last year by going down for the majority of the year -- and he really never came back strong) but I'm not sure whether I'm keeping Arenas or AI. I hate AI's FG% but he does so well in points, steals, getting to the line.
Actually, Odom wasn't much of a consideration -- although I would have definately kept him over Harrington (my other keeper last year! :puke: ).

Which was my point. You have 3 guys who are considerably stronger than Odom, so it's not much of an issue.

A 55 point game after he came back wasn't a STRONG performance.
P.S. you're gonna kill me aren't ya, Randy. :bash: :D
-
Skander, you are obviously talking about a different "back" than I am.
He scored his 55 points BEFORE he got injured and missed almost two months of the year -- and it wasn't until the end of the season until he began getting back to his previous form (and that hurt me a LOT). I counted on his shotblocking and rebound and it killed me when he went down.
His missed almost all of March and part of April, I believe -- he scored his 55 points in like late January or February, I think.
And no, I'm not going to kill you -- I just need to get dbods to show me how to use crayons on here so that I can draw you a picture every time. It's okay -- we all learn differently!
-
Ah, my bust, I thought you meant after he came back from suspension.

forgot to mention, <huh huckle> I like purty pictures....
