Sixers @ Celts - 11/28
« on: November 28, 2008, 01:49:34 PM »
Tough match-up on the road.  Brand vs. KG should be fun to watch.  Hopefully we give Speights the lions share of big man minutes off the bench... Evans cannot guard Powe.  Hopefully we make a game out of this.

Can't we just give him the lions share of minutes at the 5 spot?

I noticed Evans was limited to only 2 minutes the other night...  Oddly enough, Speights had a nice game.

He had a real good game the other night - even without the 3 from 30 feet :)

Nice to see the refs on the celtics side already tonight

It seems that one would have to be decapitated by a celtics player to get a foul called tonight.

Good to see that we didn't come up with a 5 second play since last game.

So, uh...when does Mo realize that when you have a shitty bench, playing 4 bench guys at once isn't a good idea?

Good call by Mo to go with Ratliff.  He did a lot out there...

It bewilders me that we still pass the ball to Reggie Evans, and that Mo still allows him to go to the hoop.  I saw him before the game practicing foul line jumpers.  He has to be the worst offensive player in the league.... any time he has the ball, its the lowest percentage opportunity we have.  That just has to stop... nothing good will ever come out of that.

Thad needs to touch the ball more.

Glad Mo put Theo back in game in the 2nd half.  We missed his productivity while he was on the bench.

Anyone know the record for lowest point output in the 3 point era - couldn't find it

Stefanski can't allow this to go on much longer...can he?

Avery Johnson...Jeff Van Gundy...even Eddie Jordan...

ANYBODY who can coach offense.

Time is wasting....

So that is what coordinated team defense and offense predicated on passing the ball looks like.  Wow, wish we did some of that even on a rudimentary level.
