Sign and trade a motley bunch of people with expiring deals, add in some cash and draft picks, and sterling 'rebuilds'?

According to SAS, Brand opted-out and plans to sign a 4 year/$60MIL deal with the Clippers. Now, this is from SAS so I doubt it has any validity.
